Terms & Conditions
As per agreement, the following guidelines apply:
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Clients can contact us within this time frame.
Client Inputs
Clients should share all necessary product images, brand materials, or design references before starting the project.
Project Timelines
Logo Design: 3 to 4 working days
Advertisement Video: 4 to 5 working
days
Social Media Posters: 2 to 3 working days
Monthly Deliverables
Every month includes 5 posters and 3 videos as per the chosen plan.
Payment Terms
To start the project, clients must pay the agreed monthly
fee in advance.
Payment for the upcoming month should be made between the
25th and 28th of the previous month.
If payment is not received within the mentioned dates, the
team will pause work at the beginning of the next month.
Travel Allowance
Travel and accommodation expenses for photo/video shoots outside Madurai will be billed separately and must be paid by the client.
IMPORTANT
Clients are requested to provide their feedback and design
revisions in a single review.
Multiple corrections beyond the initial review will incur
additional charges.
